HRT Consulting is looking for an experienced Recruiter specializing in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the BFSI industry and a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to meet the company’s talent acquisition goals in this critical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI roles, from understanding the job requirements to onboarding the right candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to find high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, responsibilities, and candidate profiles specific to BFSI requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports to leadership.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the BFSI sector.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and extend job offers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and employment terms in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at job fairs, networking events, and online forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter with a focus on BFSI roles
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its talent landscape
- Excellent sourcing techniques, with experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
