Founders

Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar is an accomplished HR leader with over 35 years of industry experience. As Vice President of Human Resources at Stellantis (erstwhile Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) until January 2024, he was instrumental in building HR teams, processes, and systems that strengthened employer branding and organizational culture. He successfully led three startup ventures for Stellantis in India and held leadership roles, including Board Member for Fiat and Jeep’s India businesses. Anil’s expertise lies in strategic HR and business expansion, making him a key driver of organizational growth.

Poonam Dhanavati

Poonam Dhanavati is a seasoned HR leader with more than 18 years of experience across diverse industries. In her most recent role as HR Regional Leader at Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) Software, she oversaw HR strategies for the India Asia Pacific and China regions. Poonam led key initiatives in workforce planning, HR transformations, and diversity, while also playing a pivotal role in the establishment of Global Capability Centers and driving mergers and acquisitions integrations. Currently pursuing her doctoral studies at XLRI, she has been recognized for her outstanding leadership, earning a place in the “HR 40 Under 40” list at the 2024 ET HR Awards.
