HRT Consulting is seeking proactive and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and learn about key HR functions. The role will involve supporting various HR activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and payroll support.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, and training programs.
- Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Participate in the creation and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal communication and employee relations activities.
- Support the HR team in any ad-hoc duties or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and people management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
